Looking for some higher end turntables?  We have a member who just loves Thorens turntables.  He's been working hard in servicing them and they're ready to go. We have a Thorens TD-160 and TD-165.  The TD-160 comes with a Shure V15 Type III w/ new stylus.  The TD-165 comes with a Shure M95HE as well this TD-165 has some dealer modification!  It's a pretty neat turntable.  According to the owner the TD-165 has the same bearings as the TD-160 and a special arm board.  Both are in showroom condition! Made by CEC of Japan (still exist).  They are an OEM company who made or made with cooperation from many different companies such as Rotel, Marantz, Yamaha, Hitachi, Sanyo, Realistic (Radio Shack) and many more!  Not to mention, CEC made their own line of turntables! The DP-550 is essentially the rebadged Realistic LAB-400 that everyone loves, minus the wood look.  Still a great table and a personal favorite of mine!

Things have been pretty busy, so I haven't had the time to update the blog as often as I would.  However, I do have some great news!  We will be putting together more system packages for those looking to get into Vinyl or those looking for a great system at a moderate cost! This has to be one of the most raw sounding receiver I have heard.  Brings new life into the Onkyos!  It was also a great match with the Realistic Optimus 400!  Wow, talk about synergy with the Realistic!
